Vietnamese Eierlikoer Coffee Recipe.
During my trip to Vietnam last year, I discovered the delicious Vietnamese Coffee. This coffee is individually brewed in a small metal Vietnamese drip filter, that drips the coffee into a cup containing sweetened condensed milk.
It is then served hot or over ice.
Adding some eggnog liqueur makes this coffee a real treat.
My video shows you how to make a quick and easy Vietnamese Eierlikoer Coffee.
Here is the recipe for my first Yummy.

Non alcoholic eggnog will work just as well.
For a stronger taste, use shots of espresso instead of regular coffee.
I use Eierlikoer, a popular liqueur in Europe, which I bring back to Canada every time I visit Switzerland.
